I loved the packaging too. Small, not like the larger retail versions. The batteries pop right out, not much waste.
I've used 3 out of the 5 batteries, all worked great. Running my watches quite well. :)

(More customer reviews)I ordered a package of these batteries at the end of October, 2009 for my baby's thermometer. The battery lasted until now which was good, but when I went to change it because the display stated low battery, every single battery I popped into the thermometer registered low battery. I had them stored just like the package said "cool, dry, dark place" and not a single one works.
I will never buy these again as it is a waste when you only need one and when you do need to replace it the rest of the lot is dead. Nice for the environment.

(More customer reviews)What can I say? They're 20 alkalines for $5.99! Stock up! Alkalines have a shelf life of years.
I prefer rechargables. But they lose 1/3 of their power per month just sitting around, & sometimes I don't get around to the charger.
2 of these batteries ran my I-River mp3 disk player for 9 hours, & my Grundig Mini 300 World Band Reciever for about 30 hours.
My experience with alkalines is that lifetime between name brands & generics varies by such a small amount it's neglegible.

(More customer reviews)This 5 pack was $1 more than getting a single battery. I recommend getting the 5 pack instead of only 1 because you know you will need another one sooner or later.
Also, this is a popular watch battery size so you will find more uses for them than you thought. They were the same battery that I needed in 3 of my watches and one of my girlfriend's watches too.
I shopped around and this was the best deal on this model watch battery while still buying less than 10.

(More customer reviews)When you read the datails on this battery in amazon, it clearly says, " shell life 5-10 years" but when i received it expiration tab was cut and missing. That make me think, probably these batteries are old. That's why expiration has been removed and missing or non-existant.

CR2032 Energizer Lithium Batteries (1 pack of 5) Review

(More customer reviews)Don't expect to receive what you see in the image. I got the batteries. Each single battery is in a separate small sealed molded plastic piece. It is sort of like taking the image of the six and cutting between each battery to make them all separate. They do all have the Energizer logo on them and say "ECR2032 3V Lithium". I bought another ECR2032 that is listed here on Amazon and it came in the same form from the same vendor, in the same box. I suppose the packaging is not really a huge deal, it is just I don't understand why they can't say we won't get what we are seeing; "Image is a stock photo only. Packaging may be different."
I have only used one of the batteries so far, but it worked right out of the package. I haven't had them long enough to know if they are long lasting. I will find out soon enough I am certain. :-)
