(More customer reviews)I'm not a big fan of anything with Caffeine but after a buddy recommended it I figured I'd give it a shot and post up my experience.
I am 5'10 210 lbs and can lift a decent amount of weight, just recently I changed my workout to drop a few lbs so this supplement sounded like a great addition to my diet. I took the recommended dosage about 30 minutes prior to hitting the gym.
At the gym it felt pretty good, a little jumpy but nothing too crazy.
The workout was a little more lively than usual. I felt my muscles get a slightly better pump and I wasn't as fatigued as usual when going to failure.
Based on that alone I'd recommend the supplement.
The part that affected me negatively was the crash about 1 hour after I got out of the gym. Wow! Not even a few shots of Cuban Coffee picked me up.

Unlike other energy drinks that hop you up and crash on you sooner rather than later, this one lasts long without the jittery feeling and doesn't give you that huge crash an hour or so later. It made the drive back from Colorado much easier. The only problem that I have with it is that it is limited to where it is sold. But be warned...this stuff is potent so don't drink it in mass quantity like other drinks.

(More customer reviews)Redline lives up to the hype, it gives me incredible energy, helps me have a better-longer workout and it really does make you sweat, but at the same time it also makes you feel cold, the feeling is hard to describe but the theory the manufacturer presents is that it makes your body burn more fat by making your body think it's cold. This is powerful stuff, the bottle says to take three pills, do not do that right away, I took two pills the first time and was awake for almost 24 hours and had heart palpitations, there are reports of people ending up in the hospital on their first dose because they took the recommended amount so please, just one pill to start, after taking it for a while now I can now take three pills without the shakes/nausea/palpitations and sleeplessnes. One thing that is confusing is the company boasts of "record weight loss up to 190lbs in 12 weeks, but then they also say not to take this product if you are more than 30lbs over weight?? I would say don't take this product if you don't like caffeine or if you have heart problems. That said, this stuff works, people say fat burners don't work but this one really does. I am also taking: ALA, CLA, Citrimax, Chromium Picolinate, Acai and doing 1 hour of cardio a day with good results.

This makes them more difficult to get down than the gel, but I believe their benefits offset that difficulty. The taste is rather bland which I think is actually a benefit. Sometimes it's hard to choke down extremely sweet or flavorful items. Overall, I'd recommend these to those involved in extensive endurance exercise.

I wouldn't have gone near this with a ten foot pole had I not been behind a woman in scrubs purchasing some in a convenience store. I asked her if it worked, she was very favorable and her doctor/boss was positive about it as well. I went home, did more research, saw that the results ran the gamut, but I saw no one experiencing any severe side effects. I took the plunge.
I have Hashimoto's (hypothyroid) that is under control with medication, but I'd been recently finding myself extremely tired from early afternoon to the end of my work day (and beyond). I started out with half a bottle of 5-hour after lunch and am extremely happy with the result. It's not dramatic - it just gets me from "tired" to "not tired" for the afternoon and early evening. I've experienced none of the side effects that others have, but two things that I'm doing are (1) not drinking on an empty stomach, and (2) only using 1/2 bottle.
I'm by no means downplaying anyone else's experiences - we're all different, our bodies react differently to all sorts of things, but I would definitely recommend to anyone to give it a shot. Above all - listen to your body.

(More customer reviews)I've tried hydroxycut, NO Explode, Redline and Blast Cycle. Blast Cycle works the best of the four. Two servings get me into the "zone". I usually lay off this stuff and use it when I need motivation. When I was deployed I used this stuff religiously every day. I saw big improvements. My fellow soldiers noticed the difference and when I came home and took off my shirt, a chick said, "Wow." Can't beat that for a reaction.

This is the best I've found that gives you slow released energy without the jitters and no crashing when it's out of your system. It's all natural and I've had no side effects from it and have used it for a couple of years now. Not addicting - just take one when your body needs that extra boost to get through a long hard day. However, this is one of the few times that I am glad to have made a mistake. Since I got the delivery right before I head out for a business trip in Europe, I decided to test this out while on trip.
I must say I am a convert! This stuff is great. Unlike coffee, it does not pick you up quickly and crash you. It does take some time, but for the first time since my twenties, I felt fine after landing and working a full day with no problem sleeping afterward. It felt like my jetlags were over before it started. NowadaysI don't go anywhere without it. I still drink coffee, but lot less than before. My co-workers make fun of me whenever I mix the power in the water bottle to create a florescent yellow liquid, which they call kryptonite, but it sure helps me to concentrate while awake and puts me to sleep when I need the rest.

(More customer reviews)I've always gotten the other flavours - raspberry, tropical, tangerine, orange... nice when you need a pick-me-up - and always great to hand out to droopy friends (and strangers too) who may have sniffles, or are just tired, or sick, and just can't cope. What a nice way to say you care ~ "drink this!! you'll feel better!"
Sure i take multivits and a plethora of herbs and stuff, but this is something so good to carry around with you - i always said the vitamin C turns the electricity on in the body ~now i have been reading scientific stuff that that's true! - no wonder i feel better after one of these fizzies. You get the pzazz right away. Also good thing first thing in the morning, but really, good anytime.
Black Cherry~ oh YUM ~ this reminds me so much of my favorite pop i used to drink when a kid - cherry creme soda.. only this is nowhere as sweet.
Just plop in glass of water - let it fizz, drink. I drink more water after, to rinse out my glass and get everybit, plus i figure i need the extra water anyway (i tried it in juice but it just foamed out all over the counter.. okaaayyy..).
