(More customer reviews)Redline lives up to the hype, it gives me incredible energy, helps me have a better-longer workout and it really does make you sweat, but at the same time it also makes you feel cold, the feeling is hard to describe but the theory the manufacturer presents is that it makes your body burn more fat by making your body think it's cold. This is powerful stuff, the bottle says to take three pills, do not do that right away, I took two pills the first time and was awake for almost 24 hours and had heart palpitations, there are reports of people ending up in the hospital on their first dose because they took the recommended amount so please, just one pill to start, after taking it for a while now I can now take three pills without the shakes/nausea/palpitations and sleeplessnes. One thing that is confusing is the company boasts of "record weight loss up to 190lbs in 12 weeks, but then they also say not to take this product if you are more than 30lbs over weight?? I would say don't take this product if you don't like caffeine or if you have heart problems. That said, this stuff works, people say fat burners don't work but this one really does. I am also taking: ALA, CLA, Citrimax, Chromium Picolinate, Acai and doing 1 hour of cardio a day with good results.
