(More customer reviews)I was excited to give this product a try and hopeful that I would get some noticeable increase in energy. I do drink a large mug of coffee nearly every day so my system is used to caffeine. I've also taken B vitamin supplements intermittently so am familiar with their qualities. These latex patches are easy to use and do have a mild vitamin odor.
I applied two patches to the inside of my upper arms in the morning and then applied another one to my forearm mid-afternoon. You are advised that you can use up to 4 a day. The only thing I noticed was a red outline on my skin that lasted for over 24 hours after use, even after gently washing and applying lotion. The first two left a bright red outline around the patch after removing, for over a day. The third left a less noticeable mark due to less time on my skin. With this reaction, I chose not to continue with my trial. I did not notice any effect in increased energy though I would have liked to have been able to continue with additional testing. I did not have any stomach upset as I sometimes do with coffee or vitamin supplements. This all considered, I can't recommend this product.

I have tried using energy drinks, but all those do is give me a sugar high, with a crash a few hours later. I happened to find information on the Spot On patches on Facebook. I looked at their fan page and read what the people were saying about the patches, so I decided to give them a try. Boy, am I glad I did! The patches have worked wonderfully for me. They help me focus while I am studying, and they also help me if I am too tired or not motivated to go work out. The patches give me the energy I need to get up and get going. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has not yet tried it.

(More customer reviews)Spot on Energy is a great invention, although 'energy' results tend to vary depending on a number of factors (e.g. time of day, food intake, individual body composition, and so on).
AM
My first test patch was used shortly after waking, on the underside of my upper arm, as recommended. It made me a bit jittery and nauseous, perhaps because of an empty stomach. Note that I tested only one patch on the first try, although the serving size recommends two.
MID-DAY
I tried the patch after a light meal on another day, and it was not as strong as the first try, although I felt a good energy burst (no nausea either).
PM
Used a patch after dinner, and the energy effect was limited. Then, another patch was applied (a total of two, as recommended), and Spot On delivered as promised. In conclusion, I think this works well for general energy bursts, especially before exercise or when the stomach is light (not full or empty). Again, results may vary. The patch stays on, and occasionally leaves sticky residue, which may removed in the shower or with an alcohol prep pad.
