I took the Diesel this morning before my 30 mile bike ride. It is so easy to take. It dissolved easily and then I washed it down with a swig of water. No lasting jell in my mouth. It provided the boost of energy I was looking for and easily got me though the 1 ½ hour ride. It seemed to relax my body during the workout while keeping the fatigue at bay. My upper back didn't cramp like it usually does after 20 miles on the bike. I highly recommend this product to anyone before there workout.
