A few months ago I was normally doing about 30-45min. of cardio and then one day I wanted to see how far I could go. So I took 3 capsules and did HIIT for 30min. (My usual is 15-20) so I just started jogging after that. Hour after hour went by and after it was all done I went a total of 20 miles! It seems a little extreme for me to say that but don't know the product til' you've tried it. You can e-mail the company for some samples if you wish.

(More customer reviews)These work great for fueling during a long run. However, they are extremely dry and kind of chalky. This makes them more difficult to get down than the gel, but I believe their benefits offset that difficulty. The taste is rather bland which I think is actually a benefit. Sometimes it's hard to choke down extremely sweet or flavorful items. Overall, I'd recommend these to those involved in extensive endurance exercise.

I found out how to open it and got the battery type and ordered a set from Amazon. They arrived quickly. I installed the new one in my fob and it works just fine. About a week later my wife's fob failed. I installed new battery in hers also. Now I am looking forward to three more years of fob operation. In case you have one of these and the battery goes dead here is the procedure for starting your vehicle. Make sure all doors are closed. Touch fob logo side facing start button on the start button. You will hear a beep. Step on the brake and press start button within 5 seconds. Use the key inside the fob to lock/unlock doors. Oh yes the key inside the fob can be used to pry open the fob for battery installation. Do that carefully.

I wouldn't have gone near this with a ten foot pole had I not been behind a woman in scrubs purchasing some in a convenience store. I asked her if it worked, she was very favorable and her doctor/boss was positive about it as well. I went home, did more research, saw that the results ran the gamut, but I saw no one experiencing any severe side effects. I took the plunge.
I have Hashimoto's (hypothyroid) that is under control with medication, but I'd been recently finding myself extremely tired from early afternoon to the end of my work day (and beyond). I started out with half a bottle of 5-hour after lunch and am extremely happy with the result. It's not dramatic - it just gets me from "tired" to "not tired" for the afternoon and early evening. I've experienced none of the side effects that others have, but two things that I'm doing are (1) not drinking on an empty stomach, and (2) only using 1/2 bottle.
I'm by no means downplaying anyone else's experiences - we're all different, our bodies react differently to all sorts of things, but I would definitely recommend to anyone to give it a shot. Above all - listen to your body.

Moixa MXAA02 USBCell AA Rechargeable USB Cell Batteries 4 Pack Kit Review

(More customer reviews)This product (Moixa MXAA02 USBCell) is based on a great idea - the kind of idea that makes you smack your forehead and exclaim "Why didn't *I* think of that!" Basically you take a '3/4 AA' NiMH cell, and attach an USB-powered charger on top of it. Now you've got a rechargeable AA battery that can be charged from any USB port. So you'll never be caught without a battery charger - as long as there is a computer nearby.
Great idea aside, there are practical limitations for this USBCELL:
- It is very expensive (about 4 times the cost of a typical AA NiMH cell).
- Its capacity is only 1300mAh (compared to 2000-2700mAh for a typical AA NiMH cell).
- Its charging time is relatively long (5 hours to charge to 90%)
The product description claims that you can also recharge the USBCELL in an "approved NiMH charger" at 250mA for 7 Hours. But make sure that the charger is a 'smart' one. A timer-based 'dumb' charger will badly overcharge the USBCELL, because it treats all cells as having a typical capacity of 2500mAh.
It is true that you don't need to buy a separate charger for the USBCELL. But the economy of scale is stacked against it in any demanding appliances such as digital camera. For the price of just two USBCELL, you can buy a good charger+battery package (such as the Sanyo USB Charger or Sanyo Travel Charger). This way, you get much greater battery capacity and shorter charging time. For anything that requires more than two AA cells, the USBCELL solution becomes even less cost-effective.
It is also true that using USBCELL instead of disposable alkaline cells can reduce your 'carbon footprint' on this planet. But the same can be said for any rechargeable batteries. Compared to a typical AA NiMH cell, the USBCELL requires more energy to produce, and has a shorter lifespan (lower capacity means it has to be recharged more often). Therefore it generates more waste in the end.
Of course, for certain niche applications (such as wireless mouse) the USBCELL is still a good option. At least it looks cool, and makes a great conversation piece.

(More customer reviews)When you have to purchase these batteries locally, you'll find that one of the few places that stock them are your local Radio Shack. They are not a common battery and as a result, are quite expensive. The last one I purchased was twenty dollars and you are getting a bargain with this four pack.
The actual batteries you may receive may not be the same as pictured (mine were different). I received four OmniCels! Keep in mind that when you get the product it has a date on it. You may think your batteries are outdated when they are not. What the date is on the battery is the date of production, not the date of expiration as is the case with more common batteries. The shelf life of a Lithium battery is usually ten years or more and if you keep them in a cool, dry place they will not corrode and will keep their charge.
The particular device I am using these batteries for claims that a battery is good for 1,000 hours, but I'm finding that a battery lasts longer if I remove it when I'm not going to use it on a daily basis. The power was obviously being drained on a slow, but continuous basis. The price is certainly right and when I contacted the seller with a couple of questions, they responded quickly. These batteries come with a very high recommendation.

I usually lay off this stuff and use it when I need motivation. When I was deployed I used this stuff religiously every day. I saw big improvements. My fellow soldiers noticed the difference and when I came home and took off my shirt, a chick said, "Wow." Can't beat that for a reaction.
