(More customer reviews)Theazine is a combination of Caffeine, Theanine, and Vitamins B1, B12, and Folic Acid. My first time taking it was this morning. I have had caffeine and theanine before together in energy drinks and separately. Normally, l-theanine makes me drowsy for the first few hours afterwards. I took one pill the first time, and without fail, the first hour or so afterwards, I felt kind of sleepy. I also had vitamin belches afterwards. Since I didn't really feel much and needed to get some stuff done, I took one more (they say two is for "MAXIMUM FOCUS"). After an hour, I felt focused and ready to go. After another hour, I got really hungry and then was amped up after that. My personal feeling is that I should only take one, I don't really like being uncomfortably wired. My guess is that it has something to do with the addition of a full day's worth of Folic Acid (which can cause nervousness and insomnia with large doses).
In any case, I think it works. Perhaps a little bit too well.
