Yes, this drink is sweet and sort of "false" tasting, but as per the instructions, you only have to ingest half a bottle (really - I wouldn't drink the whole thing) and the results are absolutely amazing! I know a ton of people (from professional bodybuilders to work-out-at-home-grandpa'a) who swear by this stuff - me included.
My personal review: it's incredibly smooth on the body (no highs and lows, no jitters, nada) which is very important and does exactly what it promises. You'll almost forget you took a swig until you sit down for the evening and think to yourself - "Wow! How'd I just do all that?!"
