(More customer reviews)I didn't think I had to pay very close attention to whether or not I was ordering vegitabs (?) or vegcaps. I thought this was a good deal that turned out to be not as good as it seemed. Vegcaps are the clear capsules with powder inside. The amount you are supposed to take is 6 at a time. So, you are actually getting half the amount of servings than you get with vegitabs (that you are supposed to take 3 of). I don't have the time or interest to take 6 big vitamins every day, so I only take 2. Since these have way more than the 100% rda, I think I'm good with 2.
