I suffer terribly from menstrual cramps every month and literally have to plan my life around this,but after taking this supplement for two months, i didn't need anything for pain. It is amazing. I also feel like my vision is better, as well as helping me with alot of stomach upset that i have been having this past year. I suffer from minor depression as well, and i feel like it is also helping me with this, but literature states it takes 22 weeks to take full effect and see a change in mood. I will give a later update. But all in all, it has really made a difference
