(More customer reviews)Clif shot bloks are an excellent way to replenish your body with some carbs if you're on a long run (> 1 hr). I tried some of the gels and I just didn't like the taste or their stickiness; clif shot bloks were the answer for me. They taste great, you eat 3 blocks of them every 40-60 minutes, and chase them with water. They kind of remind me of gummy bears - they taste just as yummy, but they are not as chewy so are easier to eat when running.
