(More customer reviews)I have had my Chi Vitalizer for about 3 years and I wouldn't be without it. I can no longer exercise because of health problems and this machine has been a lifesaver for me. It takes all the stress from my body and relieves my arthritic pain. I actually feel a "high" after being on it! If travelling by car, I take it with me. I place it on the bed with a firm board that has been cut to just the size of the machine and it works perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone but especially to the elderly who cannot exercise.
