I have always been curious about these machines and finally have the opportunity to experiment. After using the chi machine for 15 minutes I noticed increased vitality and better circulation. During use I found myself releasing those areas in the body that tend to energetically `hold on' and cause chronic tension/stress. A very important feature with this model is it's wide range of swinging speeds (I prefer the subtle, gentle speed) to select with a rotating dial on a hand-held controller. This model has a very comfortable, padded rest for the ankles (unlike other similar models), no loud timer, and a built in handle for easy travel. I highly recommend this product. AllAboutMassagers was professional and packaging was perfect.
