(More customer reviews)I first discovered this product at Whole Foods while getting ready to do the Master Cleanse. I was looking for a multi-vitamin to take that would complement the fast so I settled on getting a something in liquid form. After reading the ingredients I was eager to try it out. I must say I was impressed. I felt more energetic the very first day I tried Alive! I continued to use it for the 15 days I was on the fast and periodically there after. Although I enjoyed taking Alive! I couldn't afford to pay Whole Food prices (over $30 a bottle).
A few months later I was again in the market to purchase a multi-vitamin so decided to search in Amazon. I was happy to find Alive here! Now that I am working out 6 days a week I want to ensure I am getting all the nutrition I need to build a health body. I believe Alive! has all those little nutrients we need when leading a busy lifestyle in a metropolitan city.
As for the taste? Please, let's be adults here. No liquid multi-vitamin is going to taste like ambrosia. I take vitamins because they are good for all of me not just my taste buds. Mixed in with juice, milk or soy milk makes it that much easier to ingest Alive! If you can't get past the taste no matter what you do perhaps children's vitamins that taste like candy will be more to your liking. Alive! is for adults who don't need to be cajoled into taking what makes a body good.
