(More customer reviews)I've been taking these tablets for nearly 7 months now, and from what I've noticed they do help. Initially I noticed my hair and finger nails started growing a whole lot faster than they used to, and they had both become more resilient. I used to also have to deal with a couple season colds over the winter, however, I have not been seriously sick outside of a sinus infection I got recently since I started taking vitamins.
Before I started taking these I hadn't ever taken any vitamins before, and when I miss a day or two and I can feel the difference in my energy level. I don't know what miracles people expect out of taking a daily multivitamin, but from my experience I do plan on keeping up taking these every day in their recommended dosage.
A recommendation for those who want to start these, eat something before you take them. They can create a pretty uncomfortable short term stomach ache if you don't, and I've found anything just as, or more substantial than a peanut butter sandwich or toast completely eliminates that risk.
